For large size conference, where the no. of participant are 80 - 90 pax, we do convert our Riverview Restaurant into Conference Hall, where we do provide complete conference facility, in class room seating arrangment as well as in theater seating arrangment.

Liquor
Due to the Excise Laws, outside Liquor is not permitted.
If you still wish
to bring your own liquor there will be an Occasional Bar
License fee and
corkage plus taxes per open bottle of liquor.
Alternately the hotel provides liquor by the bottle at
very competitive rates.
This includes all liquor except the Imported Liquor. This
takes care
of all the any problems with leftovers or high consumption.
We also serve Beer, Wine and Soft drinks.

The hotel offers a variety of cuisine
including Indian, Chinese, Continental
and the specialty of the region the Malvani and Konkani

Booking policy: For all the conference bookings need to be sent in written with all the arrival departure details, total no. of pax participating, total no. of rooms required, complete rooming list. After sending written conference confirmation letter, 50% advance of the total conference cost is essential at our Mumbai sales office. Balance conference total payment need to be settle at the time of check out at the hotel.
Cancellation policy:
1) If any cancellation done before 15 working days of the arrival date, no cancellation charges will be applicable & we will give 6 month’s time to utilize the full advance amount.
2) If any cancellation done with in 15 to 7 working days of the arrival date, 30% of the total advance amount will be deducted, we will give you 6 month’s time to utilize the balance advance amount.
3) If any cancellation done with in 7 to 5 working days of the arrival date, total one night cost of the total no. of rooms blocked will be charged as cancellation charges, we will give you 6 month’s time to utilize the balance advance amount (if any).
4) If any cancellation done with in 5 working days of the arrival time, total cost of the total no. of rooms blocked for the total no. of nights will be charged as cancellation charges & no refund or credit note will be available.
5) In any case where refund is requested 30% of the total advance amount will be deducted.
6) The management reserves 100% right to revise & change the booking & cancellation policies, as per the high season & low season.
7) In any given point of time the conference rates cannot be compared with our season & off-season package rates |
