All the Superior category room's guest will get:
1 Mineral water bottle each day, Fresh Fruit & Cookie basket on arrival.

Booking & cancellation policies and General terms & conditions:
As per govt. regulation, please carry a valid ID proof, which need to be shown at the reception at the time of check-in. All foreign nationalist need to produce their valid Passport & VISA at the reception at the time of check-in. C-Form is compulsorily to be filled up & signed by each foreign nationalist prior to check in.
Booking policy: For all the immediate individual bookings Credit Card details / Debit Card details is essential as a guarantee of the booking. For any advance individual bookings 100% advance payment is essential. We do accept payments in cash / cheque / DD / Pay order / CC (2.5% service charge applicable during high peak season days only)..If failed, the resort / Management will not be guaranteeing the required rooms for the date. Please carry the original booking voucher / email copy and present the same at the reception while check-in.
Cancellation policy: 1) If any cancellation done before 96 hrs of the arrival time, no cancellation charges will be applicable & we will give you 6 month’s time to utilize the full advance amount. 2) If any cancellation done between 96 to 72 hrs of the arrival time, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as retention, we will give you 6 month’s time to utilize the balance advance amount. 3) If any cancellation done between 72 to 48 hrs of the arrival time, 75% of the total booking amount will be charged as retention, we will give you 6 month’s time to utilize the balance advance amount. 4) If any cancellation done between 48 hrs till the day of arrival 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as retention charges & no refund or credit note will be available. 5) In any case where refund is requested 30% of the total advance amount will be deducted. 6) The management reserves 100% right to revise & change the booking & cancellation policies, as per the high season & low season.
Early check out : Any early check out prior to the confirmed departure date will not be entitled for any refund & will be charged full amount as retention for the total no. nights pending.
